It's WOW Wednesday! HR leaders, execs, and managers: how do you WOW the people who go above and beyond for you in your business? Or, how have you been WOWed?

Today's WOW Wednesday idea comes from Dorie.
Dorie says: "We give out our Service Awards at an annual movie matinee day. We close the company down for 1/2 day. The CEO gives us a state of the union address. The company also gives each employee $5 towards popcorn or candy and then we watch a movie."
