Today's WOW Wednesday idea comes from Dorie. Dorie says: "We give out our Service Awards at an annual movie matinee day. We close the company down for 1/2 day. The CEO gives us a state of the union address. The company also gives each employee $5 towards popcorn or candy and then we watch a movie."
