Today's WOW Wednesday idea comes from Gwen. Gwen says: "We present a star to the recipient with a complimentary letter from a satisfied customer (both internal or external). They (the employees) get to hang the stars over their desks, kind of like bragging rights. Everyone wants to earn them!"
