#WOWWED: It's WOW Wednesday!

It's WOW Wednesday! HR leaders, execs, and managers:how do you WOW the people who go above and beyond for you in your business? Or, how have you been WOWed?

Today's WOW Wednesday idea comes from Lydia. Lydia says: The managers invited employees to a holiday lunch. We printed fancy invitation, distributed them to each employee personally. We transformed a meeting room into a winter wonderland and wore aprons and chef hats and served employees. Then served dessert from a dessert tray. They're still talking about it - and we did this 7 years ago!
