Employees Show the Love at Online Marketing Company

Internet Marketing Company, Fathom Online Marketing goes out of its way to reward employees with more than just a pat on the back. This organization hands out monthly awards based on performance, attitude and aptitude.

If the Love Trophy is bestowed upon one of its employees, that signifies that either the employee gave the most “thanks” or was thanked the most by his or her co-workers. The company has an internal program that allows employees to send simple “thank you” messages that are tallied at the end of the month for company-wide recognition that includes a heart-shaped trophy to sit on your desk, as well as a large banner that displays Rod Stewart singing “Have I told You Lately That I Love You.”

Fathom’s team-building group organizes quarterly activities that get the entire company involved. This group is also responsible for giving away the Love Trophy each month, albeit in unique ways. Recently when giving away the trophy, one of the group’s members recently donned a suit while singing Nat King Cole’s “L-O-V-E” in front of the entire company with altered lyrics to suit the occasion.
